Ten Bell Salute!!! Chase Tatum

Chase Tatum

Tatum was found dead at his home after an apparent accidental drug overdose on March 23 , 2008.

At 19 years old he won the Mr. Georgia bodybuilding competition.

He began his career as a personal trainer, one of his clients was a WCW personality who encouraged him to audition. Although Tatum was accepted on his first try, his wrestling career was short lived. He retired after only two-and-a-half years, the breif carrer left him battling severe back problems and no health insurence to help pay for surgery. This of course led to a painkiller addiction.

Tatum later found success as an actor, landing a substantial role in the low-budget comedy "Who's Your Caddy?" alongside co-star / rapper Big Boi of Outkast. Which led to him working as road manager and personal assistant with Outkast.

As much as Vince McMahon is doing for all his ex-superstars by paying for their rehab, maybe Ted Turner should look into doing this for the many wrestlers that worked for him and never McMahon. After all Vince has probably already offered to pay for most of the WCW talent, because thay later worked for him. I am sure their are many more that didn't and could really use the help!
